Hello!
I am thrilled to introduce myself as the newest member of the Abundant Life family! As a recent graduate and new Family Nurse Practitioner, I’m excited to step into the world of family practice, especially one that embraces holistic care—an approach I truly believe in. I am passionate about the idea that food is medicine, and I’m excited to work alongside you to achieve wellness with the right guidance and support.
My Story
I grew up in a family that prioritized a natural approach to health before it became a trend. My parents always emphasized the importance of whole foods, imaginative play, and limiting sugar and artificial dyes. These early lessons in healthy living became the foundation of my career path. I graduated from California University with a bachelor’s degree in biology while working in the veterinary field. Though I love animals, my heart ultimately led me to human medicine, and I pursued a Master’s in Nursing.

I spent time working as an emergency room nurse at UPMC Passavant, where I gained invaluable experience. While I truly enjoyed the fast-paced environment, I often saw people at a point where it was too late to implement small changes that could support their long-term health and wellness. That’s why I’m so excited to be joining Abundant Life, where we can work proactively on prevention and empower families to live their healthiest lives.

I’ll be starting part-time here at Abundant Life. I am eager to build meaningful relationships with you and your family. Your health and wellness are my top priority, and I can’t wait to support you on your journey.

In my free time, I love spending quality moments with my fiancé, our two dogs, and our family and friends. We are huge fans of U.S. travel, and you’ll often find me visiting a national park during the summer months. There’s nothing like the beauty of nature to recharge and inspire me!

Thank you for welcoming me into this incredible community. Together with Dr. Stevens and our entire staff I look forward to serving each of you and being part of your healthcare team!
